It was in 2007, just before the Subprime Crisis, that Reabilita was born. From day one, our mission was clear: to offer apartments and houses with the best value for money on the market. Because that’s what we’re all looking for when searching for a home.
In our first decade, we focused exclusively on urban rehabilitation. We renovated dozens of buildings, mostly their common areas, leaving each apartment ready but open for those who wanted to redesign the interior in their own way. Early on, we realised that many people dream of creating a space that is truly their own, thought through the smallest details, and this was the perfect opportunity to do so.
In recent years, as the market evolved and new opportunities emerged, we’ve shifted our focus towards new developments. Projects with high standards of design, functionality and sustainability, in a sector where the essentials are often lost in the numbers.
When choosing our investments, there’s one criterion that never changes: we have to genuinely like the property. We have to be able to imagine ourselves living there, building a family, welcoming friends and creating memories.
