Meet Tomás, our founder. He’s the one who started Reabilita, and under his lead, it’s really taken off. Some think he’s an engineer, others assume he’s an architect, and plenty were sure he’d end up as an Olympic sailor. Truth is, he’s a manager who’s always known what he wanted, even when everyone thought he’d stick to the water full-time, he chose to bring that energy here instead.

Madalena Seabra
Marketing and HR manager Madalena Seabra 914840808

If there’s anyone who’s dabbled in almost every field, it’s Madalena. It all started on a horse farm where she was raised, then she ventured into finance, administration, marketing, interior design, architecture, HR management, IT. She’s done it all. In other words, she studied management.

Pedro Galvão Lucas
Team lead / Head of design Pedro Galvão Lucas 916685829

We haven’t lost him to music or photography just yet, so we’re still making the most of his talent in architecture. Pedro has been with us since 2015 and, while he’s not out releasing his own music, he’s busy delivering our projects. Always creative and in good spirits, he’s the mastermind behind almost everything we do.

Francisca Machado Lima
Senior project manager Francisca Machado Lima

Francisca may spend a lot of her time studying and researching, but she makes up for it with her decisiveness. An architect by profession, she claims to be disorganized, yet her desk is always spotless. And not to mention the files and folders on her computer. She’s from Porto and a mother of three daughters, her biggest and most important project.

Rui Magalhães
Senior project manager Rui

Rui, the engineer. From Porto, he has lived in São Paulo for years. He loves cities, and London is a symbol of his kind. That’s where he went through the carpet business. He is a classic and embodies everything we aspire to be: focused, relaxed, funny, and professional. Or in other words: the classic Brazilian.

Liliana Santos
Business assistant Liliana Santos

Liliana gets the job done. Oh yes, she does. When it comes to accounting and all those wonderfully “fun” tasks, there’s no one like her. As long as she gets her mid-morning toast, fuel for a very high-revving engine, she’s unstoppable. She loves parties and little get-togethers. Ever since her Algarve days, she’s been the queen of the night.

António Simões Correia
Junior project manager António Simões Correia

António has a bricklayer soul. For us, though, he works as an architect. Not that a bricklayer wouldn’t come in handy, but that was the position we had. Sophisticated, he traded his trowel for chiseling away in ArchiCAD, quietly unraveling the mysteries of the future of our projects. We call him the oracle of Miraflores, like a crystal ball for construction.

Joana Oliveira
Junior project manager Joana Oliveira 916401289

Joana came from Covilhã, she and her survival kit. Because Lisbon shakes a lot, as everyone knows. She never sleeps without a flashlight, water, and that radio with all the frequencies. She’s got everything under control, both in the real world and in 3D, and only a dog can truly get on her nerves. A true architect at heart, with a taste for detail and beautiful things, and always dressed in the finest wool.

Sebastião Perdigão
Construction manager Sebastião Perdigão

Sebastião studied mechanical engineering, but what he really loves is concrete. A life lived in a blend of waves and rebar, swell and plaster, sets and sealants. There’s no surf in Évora, so Cascais welcomed him with open arms. And so did Reabilita! There’s nothing like a site manager who enjoys getting hands-on with a bit of bric-a-brac. A must.

Marta Sousa
Marketing and comunication creative Marta Sousa 928405879

Marta studied in Porto, the mecca of architects, and it was there she learned to do many things that aren’t architecture. Photography, drawing, design, jewelry-making, dog sitting, and more. Then she went to Rio, where her sensitivity blossomed with the curves and beauty of the city. At Reabilita, she’s the gatekeeper of communication and marketing, but she never gives up on projects: those boys always want a bit of her attention.
