In Cascais, quality of life isn’t just expected, it’s practically law. The scent of summer is so present, you might forget you’re actually in a city. Here, seven houses were born in a quiet neighbourhood near Quinta da Marinha and Bicuda. It’s the kind of place where birds do most of the talking, thanks to the sea and the surrounding nature. Reabilita made something rare here: a hand-applied, pigmented finish that blends seamlessly with the natural landscape in a (logically) natural way.
These are homes designed for barefoot living, all year round, with underfloor heating, a fireplace, and big windows that open straight onto a pool that’s bound to lose a lot of water over the years, from all the kids’ birthday parties you’ll want to throw.
Upstairs, the bedrooms. Sometimes for unwinding, disconnecting, or just singing in the shower. With proper insulation and thermal efficiency, these homes know that comfort isn’t a luxury, it’s essential. This project started between late 2021 and mid-2023, they’re ready for those who pay attention to small details and who appreciate a good bike ride to Guincho, even when it’s windy.
