In Campo de Ourique, on a well-known corner between Tomás da Anunciação and Coelho da Rocha, stands one of the projects that gave us the greatest pleasure to work on. In a setting where 19th-century character is felt as strongly as everyday city life, this building brings a certain presence to an area cherished by those who live there… and by many who wish they did. On this corner, both the façades and the interior details were carefully preserved, especially the marble in the staircases and common areas. Because Lisbon is here to stay, but always with an eye on how to make it even better.

Anunciação carries the elegance of someone who knows exactly where to find the best pastel de massa tenra in the neighborhood. It keeps one eye on the street, never wanting to miss a moment of what’s happening outside. And its apartments, whether through their rounded corners or the natural light that fills them, take on a renewed sense of presence.
