In Cascais, the sea is never far away. It’s in the breeze that drifts through the streets, the walks along the bay, the long summer days that unfold at an unhurried pace, and in the life that flows between the town centre and the waterfront.
It is in this setting that Náutico takes shape. A residential building inspired by Cascais’ maritime heritage, reinterpreted through a contemporary architectural language. Its ceramic lattice façade, a distinctive cobogó design, draws inspiration from the movement of the waves. Throughout the day, it filters the light to create an ever-changing interplay of light and shadow, bringing rhythm and depth to the building.
Comprising 28 apartments, from studios to three-bedroom homes, Náutico is arranged across two wings facing east and south, making the most of natural light and its connection to the outdoors.
Just a short walk from the train station, Santini and the vibrant heart of Cascais, Náutico becomes part of the town’s ongoing story. A building that respects the place it belongs to and finds, in that very connection, its true sense of purpose.
