Building from the beginning of the XX century (1913/1914) located in the heart of the most cosmopolitan area in Lisbon, Avenidas Novas, next to Valmor palace. It is a six floors building with 10 units mainly 3 bedroom apartments.

Development overview

• The works in common areas of this six storey building lasted 12 months, starting in September 2015, and were executed by Buildway
• The façade, entryway and interior common areas were recovered and enhanced its charismatic and historical elements; the new roof, new elevator and a new infrastructures’ networks will provide the building conditions that will correspond to the contemporary requirements. Also, the exterior balconies were recovered, new windows were installed and also a lighting system
• All apartments were sold in 2016, before renovations.
