Development project

  • The full rehabilitation of this six storey building started in late 2017 by Civilsul;
  • The façade, entryway and stairwell were recovered to upgrade and enhance its charismatic and historical elements; new windows and new lighting system were installed; 
  • The replacement of the elevator, new roof and a new infrastructure network provided conditions that correspond to the contemporary requirements;
