This is one of the highest buildings in the heart of the Alfama's neighborhood. Complex, full of history and stories this XIX century building reached the XXI century with an astonishing number of 12 apartments, 1 store and 1 restaurant, each with a unique character and shape. The rehabilitation works kept all the original construction characteristics and techniques, returning to the city the magnificent views of this typical neighborhood.

Development project

  • The rehabilitation works of the building began in April 2016, were finished after 12 months and executed by Flores e Gomes
  • The roof was rebuilt, the façades, structure and common areas of the building were rehabilitated, the window frames and all infrastructure networks were replaced
  • The apartments were sold in 2017, before renovations, except the 1st floor left and 2nd floor right,
  • In 2018 and 2019 Reabilita developed a project to renovate the interior of the apartment in the 1st floor left and 2nd floor right, by hiring architecture project of the atelier Casca Arquitectura e Design. These apartments are now 10 suites (Alfama Design Suites).
